I dont usually write bad reviews, but we felt very uncomfortable when leaving.

First to start of with the good: the good was generally good. Nothing special or new, Just good indian food, sometimes spicy, but we were warned.

We couldn't help but feel the lady who served us was generally annoyed and rushed. We couldn't understand the rush, the restaurant wasnt fully booked, by far. When we asked repeatly if we could get a bit more time to decide on what to choose, she gave us a quick roundup of the menu and waited at the table for us to decide. When my friend said she would decide later on the drinks, the lady asked 2 times: "why dont you take water?" It felt pushy.

The main dishes came when i was halfway my soup and my friend halfway her onion rings. When we asked for a takeaway box because we had so much food left, the waitress was clearly annoyed, gave us a "roll-eyes" and went to get two boxes she left on the table. Her phone went off 3 times really loud and for at least 2 minutes without answering, IT was like a phone-alarm going off. My friend went to ask politely if someone could answer the phone because the noise was very annoying. After that it went off twice more.

Honnestly i was really shocked by the service. I guess she must' ve had just a bad day, which can happen to anyone. But then better call in sick if "friendliness, politeness and being a positif aspect of the environment you're creating for the guests" is a part of your job description. Better that than making your guests feel...

I ordered using fedora and was looking forward to eating some Indian food. But unfortunately the food was really disappointing. The paapadam was crispy but there wasn’t enough dip. The onion bhji, tasted ok, but nothing special and the dip was only spicy with no flavor. But the real disappointing thing was the Garlic chicken tikka masala. It was not spicy, didn’t taste like garlic and the only taste I was able to smell was some odd old-chicken smell. I have the feeling that the chicken wasn’t really fresh. At least the naan bread was good. But I wouldn’t really recommend this place. It’s the worst Indian food...

Very poor experience with the lady in the restaurant. I hope she can be welcoming and have a smile when taking to guests.

Gravy was less than average and somone who knows what curry tastes like won't be able to appreciate it. I hope this improves.

Lastly, when I asked her to pack the 90% left over chicken curry, she hesitantly handed me a packaging box and was not willing to pack those for take away.
