Café FEED — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

This has been our local cafe for many years. We have brought so much business to the cafe, holding meetings there, ordering catering for large groups of people and generally supporting this small business. Today was the 2nd time myself and 2 friends were turned back because we only wanted to have a quick coffee. It was 11am and the cafe was completely empty at the time. Had the staff there simply and kindly told us that we could only stay 1/2 hour because they needed the tables for lunch service after that, we would have perhaps continued to frequent this place. But the rudeness and contempt we were met with today was enough. We will no longer use the cafe for our organisation. I am not surprised if they are struggling and for that reason turning back coffee clients - no customer service whatsoever. Don't they understand that you give some to gain a lot!...

When I tell you the food is amazing, it is AMAZING. Today was my first time here, and as someone who grew up in Sweden eating Swedish food but can now only eat halal, this place is GOATED.

Food: The food was amazing, the meatballs were freshly made, so was the mashed potatoes, the pickled cucumbers. The sauce was great and the presentation was great too as you can see the picture.

Service: The food is served to your table and they seem friendly and nice!

Atmosphere: It is a vibe, nice outdoor setting, chill and cool music and nice decoration. There is a lot of things to try here and they have daily dishes as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes, salad bowls, burgers, Swedish husmanskost and etc.

Poor customer relations, poor web presence. The website is not kept up-to-date, e.g. the opening hours on the website are currently wrong, so is the menu. Currently opens at 9, we got there at 9:05 and were told to wait for another 15 minutes as they were vacuum-cleaning inside, without offering at least to sit outside and have some coffee in the meantime. So we stood there and waited. Then we wanted to order pancakes, which are on the menu in the cafe and on the website and were the reason we went there, just to be told that there are no pancakes. Why not take them off...
