A Hidden Gem for Hotpot Lovers – A Worthwhile Experience Despite Early Hiccups
My recent visit to this all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant was an impressive and memorable dining experience. The variety and quality of ingredients available during dinner were outstanding—thoughtfully selected and clearly fresh, catering to both traditional and modern hotpot preferences.
Service-wise, the staff were attentive and courteous. Throughout the meal, they checked in regularly to offer more broth or ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This proactive approach contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere.
It’s worth noting that the restaurant is relatively new and is currently transitioning to a new booking system. Unfortunately, this led to multiple double bookings on Friday, May 16th, causing some early chaos. Despite that, the team handled the situation admirably, maintaining their composure and delivering a consistent level of service under pressure—a testament to their commitment.
If there’s room for constructive critique, the initial wait time to be seated was around 10–15 minutes, which might feel long to some. However, once seated, the experience becomes self-driven—guests are free to cook, experiment, and savor the meal at their own pace, which adds to the charm.
One area for improvement would be offering self-service tap water. Requiring customers to purchase bottled water feels slightly unnecessary, especially in an otherwise generous all-you-can-eat setting. That said, it’s understandable from a business standpoint.
Overall, this spot is a great addition to the hotpot scene—ideal for group dining or an interactive food experience. With a few refinements and as they stabilize their operations, I can see this place becoming a go-to...
Read moreWe were so excited to try this place since we have been waiting for hotpot in Malmö for ages. However it was quite disappointing.
First of all the line of food is quite limited not so much options for 369kr and you would expect at least that they will include tap water for such a salt based meal but you need to pay 25kr for a small bottle of water. So yes it was too EXPENSIVE at the end.
All Seafood seem like a good quality, they had 4 option of meat (beef, bacon, lamb, chicken) and all of them seem to be from frozen meat.
Sauce station could have more kid friendly option and for this price at least you would expect fresh garlic but they use frozen garlic so the garlic was still rock hard when you mix with sauce.
Dessert has only watermelon, grape, some vietnamese jelly and soft serve ice cream which the machine was not functioning properly so you get sweet milk soup instead.
The table was quite low and cramped for 6 people. the soup spoon still has plastic from price tag on it so I doubt that it was washed before.
Service was decent the waitress came by a few times to collected trash so we can have more space on the table.
Unfortunately next day all of us had a bad stomach and here was the only place all of us ate the same since we had different lunch and breakfast on that day.
anyway we really hope they will improve a lot of stuff otherwise we might not consider...

There are no prices announced anywhere, except for water and sodas. The price for the buffet (and whatever other options there may be) is not written on menu or otherwise made known to customer via signs or TV screens.
We were two adults up and two teenagers, and we were presented with a bill for SEK1671 that cover buffet, a pitcher of water and two sodas.
When discussing this with the staff, they responded with rudeness and interrupted. The staff stated that they don’t need to show prices, and that they had removed prices from their menus. And that I could always check their website if I was curious about the prices.
Food wasn’t terrific either, beef had dark spots and the raw chicken laying in open trays, all in all not very sanitary. Sauce-bar was messy and the underside of the table was greasy, plus the table is too small to accommodate four guests.
In short, there are so many places in the area that can provide better food for half the price or even less. So...
