McDonald's — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

I recently visited this branch and had quite a mixed experience. I ordered my meal using the kiosk, but when I received my order, I noticed something was missing. The staff mentioned it was out of stock, which would have been helpful to know beforehand.

When I started eating my mc crispy deluxe , it was incredibly dry, almost like a rock! I informed the staff, and they kindly offered a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement burger was soggy and had an odd reddish appearance, so I decided not to eat it.

To top it all off, the restroom had a very unpleasant odor.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope they can improve on these aspects...

Ok, what in the world are you doing? One day, we ordered four chicken burgers with six chicken nuggets and two Fanta exotic. Then later when we arrive home, we eat three orders in the kitchen. The wordt veggie burger ever. I paid 98kr for a small burger that were not as advertised. The chili cheese nuggets were dry and not eatable. Threw them away.
