Strandcafé — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

I have lived around the area for 4 years and this was the first I have ever been here. It located in the corner of Scaniabadet right in front of the bus stop. If you cross the street you will be at the beach. This cafe has been open for 17 seasons now ( I know this because I spoke to one of the owners) They are the ones who are running the cafe. They are there 7 months out of the year and they are your chefs waiters etc. I didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly and easygoing. I love asking questions about the places I eat and visit and he was so nice and answered them all. They close for the season on the 14th of October. They have a different variety of food and they make their own ginger beer. I ordered one and it wasn’t too bad. I went with my husband and our baby. There was a high chair for him to sit in so that was great! We ordered the meatball and the Moules-Frites. My husband also had a beer. We seat outside which was really nice since the sun was shining! I can’t believe it took us so long to eat here. We will definitely come back and try something else...

Great experience at Strandcafe and highly recommend it to anybody visiting Malmö. The owners are very nice and made conversation with us about the local scene and where to go and what to do around the city.

The food and drinks were delicious and it is also very close to the water.

You must visit this place. Amazing employees that give you lots of good vibes and emotions. What about ice cream? It's extremely tasty, with different variants of ice cream and toppings. I've never eaten ice cream much better than here.

Absolutely recommend this place, only have good emotions after visiting. I'll come back to this place when I'll be in...
