Salad & Sushi — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

My husband and I visited Salad & Sushi in Västra Hamnen several times over the past year, mainly because it's conveniently located. However, every visit is a bit of a gamble regarding the service.

Even though they have a number system for orders, it doesn’t seem to help much. I came in recently and was second in line, but still ended up waiting over 20 minutes. When I politely asked about my order, they told me the Ebi Furai (108 kr) takes 15 minutes to prepare. That felt a bit strange considering how early I ordered and how few people were ahead of me. It’s not the first time something like this has happened either.

Also, I’ve noticed that anything fried on the menu tends to take way longer than expected, which is frustrating if you’re on a lunch break or short on time.

To be totally honest, the staff can come off as a bit rude or dismissive when you ask about delays, which makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

Our absolute favorite sushi in Malmö! Always fresh, beautifully made, and perfectly portioned. My son has been eating their avocado sushi since he first learned to eat solid food.
