On the first day of our Malmö - Copenhagen long weekend, we checked in and went in search of something to eat. My girlfriend had been in Copenhagen since Monday for work, I followed her on Friday. I hadn't eaten anything that day, I'd got up early, flown, taken the train, walked and was feeling dizzy from lack of food. Even though I had every desire to look at the beach, I had to eat something. Since we both love Asian food, we didn't go for the Swedish menu, but wanted to have a delicious meal. Although I can't remember the names of the dishes, my friend had a pineapple tofu one-dish with rice, in which the pineapple and cucumber brought a completely unique flavour. I had a pasta soup (there were two kinds, and I voted for the "thicker" one with beef. Both dishes were such flavour bombs that they left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, I only remembered to ask for some chilli halfway through. Their pickled chilli is interesting because it has a little parmesan stick (for fragrance) I don't know why, but otherwise it was delicious. If I have one regret, it's that I had such a good time that although I really wanted to try the Swedish cabbage pudding in the evening, I couldn't fit it in :) The service is smiling and friendly, the guests too. Dog friendly place, and I was lucky enough to pet a little black chubby cutie who smiled and cuddled up to us while we ate. It was a very positive experience!...

Given the glowing reviews, my $100 bet is that there is a new chef, or the ordinary guy was sick today and some friend of his covered for him. Unacceptable. I immediately called the restaurant and was put on hold for 15 minutes, again- no joke, no exaggeration. I know I wasn't the only person calling to complain tonight, 13th of January 2025.
I saved the dish and will go there first thing tomorrow even though I don't have time, because this is absolutely...
Read moreAbsolutely delicious and authentic Thai food. We had the Som Thum (Papaya Salad) which was hot, deliciously fresh with lime, green beans and small shrimp (very authentic). We also had Pad See Yu the wide rice noodles with chicken which was mild and good flavour. Finally the Penang Curry, this was absolutely devine, depth of flavour, umami and chicken tender and succulent. We cannot recommend this enough for authentic Thai experience in Malmo. Total 800krones but we had really three mains and two alcoholic drinks, the Riesling from Alsace was perfect with the food, or grab a...
