Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Cashier and Hygiene Issues

I recently dined at the Atilla's Coal Grill restaurant near Sveagatan, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was marred by several significant issues, including a very rude cashier, lack of proper billing, unclean restroom facilities, and poor hygiene standards. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was initially excited to try their menu. However, the excitement quickly faded when I encountered the cashier at the cash counter. Not only was his behavior rude and dismissive, but he also failed to provide a bill for my cash payment of 560 SEK. This lack of transparency raised concerns, as it appeared that the cashier may have pocketed the cash without issuing a receipt, potentially evading taxes and cheating the government and also the restaurant's owner. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the restaurant. Next time pay by card . Also please educate the cashier who also takes the order to behave properly with the customers. He thinks as if we are beggars came to eat...

The atmosphere and service has gone down very much. This used to be our go to place last year but this year the quality of kolgrill , service and cleanliness of the place has gone down very much. The pizza is still Good though.

Experience On the last visit , 2 days back

Atmosphere - there were super many house flies in the restaurant and that even the kids were bothered. When i went to reception to complaint about it, he gave me a takeout box. They need to do something about the cleanliness of the place, i am not going back again .

Food - Pizza is very nice . Pasta is okayish. Kolgrill which used to be our favorite is not Good now, we were served Almost burnt chicken wings and adana was dry too. The sauces - hummus, and others were not Fresh and almost of verge of going bad.

Great place with friendly staff and good food served in generous portions. A busy restaurant with a good vibe, the charcoal grill menu is packed with known and (for me) unknown items.

Portions are huge, salad, tea and coffee is included...
