In 2019, the day we got married my husband and I, went to "to celebrate" to this place. In that time we thought it was a nice place to go. We book our table with time, etc. Since the moment we arrived it was awful, the wife of chef Oskar was there at the reception, she gave us the worst table possible, just in the entrance, in a small corner almost glued to the main entrance door. After a couple o minutes sitting there and checking the place wasn't realy crowded or reserved and we were feeling so uncomfortable I approached her and very nicely asked if she could maybe give us another table, first I came and said hello, excuse me, and she never answered just gave me a very ugly look and never replied. She in the worst mood and making me feel like so wrong to have asked thst just pointed another table, that wasn't any better. So we moved. It took not less than 1 hour to get the menu and drinks. The food was awful, cold, looking messy like if it was served to someone else before us and they just gave it back to us. The waitresses were not kind or eager to serve. In the end we really regreted to have gone there. Later that night we got very ill, specially me, I couldn't stopped throwing up and having upset stomach. Sine then we have never gone there again. Specially for the very unwelcome no service given by the owner...

Easily one of the top dining spots—if not the top—in Skellefteå. The food is fresh, local, and full of creativity, with thoughtful touches that elevate the whole experience.
I dropped in on a Tuesday evening and was seated quickly. I was looked after by Meya and Philmon, who struck that perfect balance of friendly and professional. They clearly knew the menu well and offered great suggestions throughout the evening.
The complimentary bread? A revelation. Like a little spiced cupcake, warm and fluffy, paired perfectly with a flavorful compound butter.
For starters, I had two beautifully cooked scallops served with a creamy sauce and a crisp little croquette—pro tip: mop it all up with that delicious bread.
The steak “sandwich” was unlike anything I’ve had before. Think creamy, almost avocado-textured sauce, cured steak, and a biscuit base. It was bold, inventive, and seriously tasty.
Just when I thought the evening couldn’t get better, the team surprised me with a complimentary non-alcoholic drink—Vista Vinbar—which was refreshing and a lovely finishing touch.
All in all, an outstanding experience that mixes finesse with warmth. Bryggargatan deserves all the praise it...
Read moreThis is a place I recommend if you want to go to a nice restaurant in Skellefteå. However, I don't know about the taste of the food. I ordered steak and truffle pasta. The steak was not rested, and the truffle pasta was salty, sour, and floury. Because of that, I asked the staff but they didn’t try to communicate with their customer. I was told that truffles are originally like that and that Swedish food is originally salty. Truffles are not sour, and Swedish food is not salty and harmonious. Well-made fresh pasta doesn't taste like flour. It doesn't have to be perfect. At least I hope they don't blame the customers who can't eat poorly...
