Compliments to the chef - seems like he’s the only person that enjoys his job. We had to wait to be seated even though there were only 4 tables occupied at 20:00. Felt unwanted and didn’t receive a warm welcome - which wasn’t a good start. Service was very chaotic , not sure if it’s lack of training or motivation. Staff was running in and out of kitchen, bringing stuff to other room, food was been placed in the kitchen ready to be brought and nobody took care of it… it took ages for waiter to come take our order…chaos chaos chaos . And remember there was only 4 tables at 20:00 and 2 waiters working on a Friday evening. So it’s really manageable. Some waiters were really lovely and friendly though. Restaurant seemed to be emptier than normal, we’ve been coming here for the last 4 years but won’t be back. I guess people prefer other hotels and restaurants. I guess the service is...

The food is OK but the price is not justified for the quality that you get. I had carbonara and it was not what was described on the menu as well was the pasta was really overcooked and mushy. Same with the strawberry milkshake: No actual strawberries in it despite being stated explicitly...

Did not get time to eat outside and it was nice to find that the hotel restaurant offers workday lunches. The meatballs were good and some pickled vegetables were tasty as well. I like the cosy settings of the place but of they can keep it clean that...
