Bonne Femme — Restaurant in Stockholm

Been going downhill for a while.

There are a few people who work here that are friendly enough but there is one girl who really looks and acts like she doesn’t want to be there.

She knows I have walked in, instead she decides to continue eating her leftover Chinese food and ignore me.

Eventually she decides to make her way over and almost but not quite say hello. She makes my latte and then sets it on top of the glass display about 10 feet away from where I’m standing and doesn’t even bother to put a lid on it.

Why should I bother to spend money in a place that clearly doesn’t care about the customer experience?

If you want to go there for a quick coffee or bite, then sure. But dont expect a quality like service. Grumpy woman behind the till (maybe language issue), but you will not get even a hint of a smile. The website offers an extensive menu, but the hot options mentioned are not actually available. Maybe the options are available in different locations of the chain.

Another issue is no WIFI, yet it seems that they want people to come and work on their laptops as there are power plugs everywhere.

Used to be an okay cafe but it nowadays it’s an eyesore compared to most of the other things in Aspudden that tend to be run with love and care.
