Mr Bowl Högdalen — Restaurant in Stockholm

Mr Bowl in Högdalen is a cozy Asian fusion spot conveniently located near the train station and bus stop. The ambiance is pleasant, with comfortable seating that makes it a great place for families, friends, or couples to dine.

We tried both Korean and Thai dishes, which were well-prepared and flavorful close to the real taste. However, the seafood portion felt a bit pricey considering the small number of pieces included. One thing to note is that there’s no physical menu—you’ll need to check the display to place your order.

The service was friendly, and overall it’s a good dining option if you’re in the Högdalen area. We ordered the Mr Bowl Special, Katsu, and Ramen, which were enjoyable.

FOOD: 🔸️ Pad Kra Pow ⭐⭐⭐ Less chilli hot than expected. Lots of fresh ingredients- pork, bamboo shoots, onions, bell peppers, white rice and fried sunnyside up egg. Good dish though the meat is on the tough side.

🔸️ Stekt Ris med räkor ⭐⭐⭐ Tasty with lots of rice and many pieces of cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers and prawns. The highlight of this dish were the fresh vegetables.

Honestly the worst experience. Firstly he charged me one extra bowl of cashew nut dish. Then, my one year old was crying because as toddlers do, they have a meltdown anywhere they want. So of course she was crying and we were trying to calm her down, but the service staff came and said ”you need to be quiet our guests don’t like the noise”in a very annoyed tone. This was just at 430pm , the restaurant was empty. He was just personally bothered by the noise.
