Worst O'Learys I've been too in Sweden. And this is the second time I was there at this one in Stockholm. Don't know why I keep doing the mistake. The interior is great but the service lacks in communication, ability to handle orders and what I interpret as intentional decisions to not grant customers requests because it's "more work". Me and a long time friend went there to watch some football, his team is Malmö FF, mine is Helsingborg. There was many screens around us +10. And I could see the game I wanted to see. My friend requested that one of the screens could show the game he wanted to see with Malmö but the staff just said "No". There was no explanation to why. Also we were not allowed to change seats although there was no people at some tables. We were given the answer that those were booked. But no people showed up for the whole game. After 70 minutes of the game I was approached to order food, this was way too late for me, as I had requested to eat from the beginning and the waiter looked at me as if she despised me as I said no to ordering food that late in the game. I had another cider instead and it was served without a word. Full end. Will never go back again as this was the 2nd time of arrogant and...
Read moreHad my sons birthday party at this place. Bowling and food. It was extremely poorly handled, ZERO customer service in the bowling section. We booked a kid's party but one of the 3 alleys that was booked didn't work for kids. Ended up with 6 kids per alley after a looooong wait and having to chase down the staff ourselves while my kid was crying bc his party wasn't good and his friends couldn't start bowling like planned. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one is the staff in the birthday party food section, at least they tried to give good service and was very nice to the kids and us adults. Unfortunately the "kid's party area" at Tolv is an open section with many tables and parties going on at the same time. No private party rooms. Very loud and messy overall, no nice feeling at all. I will never ever book a party at this place again and I'm warning others about it too... We got some discount bc of the poor experience I...
Read moreCaught the Eurocup final at O'Leary's Tele2 Arena, and the atmosphere was electric! The energy from fellow fans was contagious, making the match even more exciting.
Downsides to consider: Despite arriving early (8:20 pm for a 9 pm match), a long queue awaited. Also, the best spots with big screens filled up fast, so we ended up near the gaming area. There was a SEK 200 entry fee that included 2 drinks, which is good to know beforehand.
Overall, if you're looking for a fun and lively place to watch a big game with a crowd, O'Leary's delivers. Just be prepared to potentially wait in line and miss out on prime seating. Bonus: conveniently located near the Stockholm Tele2 Arena...
