I just know that Sin Ramen has another branch here so my boyfriend and I didn't hesitate to book a table this week. It takes 10 mins walk from Globen station. I like that this branch has a big outdoor zone that we can enjoy eating outside during summer time. I tried the new menu WRATH. The spicy level is ×3 from SLOTH. I still love Sin ramen because their flavor is just right, not too salty , too oily or too strong taste of miso. The only things that disturbs me is beansprouts. They have strong unique taste that slightly disturb the umami taste of the broth.
We also ordered pork gyoza, double-friend chicken thighs and Miso Crème brûlée as a dessert...we love them! The service is great.
The staff are nice and helpful. The decoration and design still keep SIN's signature. We just would like to add a little comment about the ventilation. We feel like it is too warm inside and uncomfortable with the air flow. We were so sweaty. But the staff noticed and asked then they opened the front door for us.
I prefer the first branch overall but I will have a chance to come back here...
Read moreStopped by here before the Kendrick show at 3Arena. The build out is beautiful. Modern with an old school twist. It was a nice and sunny day so we sat outside.
They have a great drink selection. We ended up getting a couple Asahi beers and a bottle of sake which was a perfect pre party snack before the concert.
The entire food menu looked amazing. Wanted to try everything but we started off with the Goma Cucumber and Gochuglaze wings. The cucumbers were my favorite. Crunchy and refreshing. I got the Envy ramen and it hit the spot. The broth was very flavorful and noodles perfectly cooked.
The service was spot on. From the manager who greeted and sat us to the server who took our order, everyone was very nice.
If you’re ever in the area for an event at 3Arena (which is about a 4minute walk from SIN) or Avicii, make sure you stop by SIN for some pre-game beer,...
Read moreThe Ramen was tasty and the wait staff was nice. One thing to watch out for is allergens. We were informed by our waiter that the Wrath Ramen has peanuts in the soup base, but this information is nowhere to be found on the menu, despite other dishes listening peanuts explicitly. I would really expect restaurants to do better in 2025 and correctly and clearly label common allergens. Another point of critique is that they only give you one half of a Ramen egg. I don't understand how this is a thing when the bowl of Ramen costs almost 200 sek. I think you can afford to give the whole egg at that...
