Big Boy — Restaurant in Sundsvall Municipality

We were a relatively big company of people but there is no excuses for our experience.The meal(s) was cold, very mid and the wings and churros were the epitome of microwaved tastelessness. One employee did everything including taking the orders and even took action to ensure everyone got their food whilst two other employees who seemed completely puzzled by the fact that their occupation requires work overflowed the cups with soda, missed special orders, complained to customers and about their objective and just heavily relied on the first employee. The atmosphere was very distasteful equipped with cheap plastic chairs in a eye-gouging green color. The tables were greasy and messy. This fast food joint is stuck 20 years. Tasted like they drove to Max burgers, got an original burger, ran it over and then served it....

I thought I was walking into a fast food joint, but it turned out to be a gastronomic horror show. Let’s start with the service—or lack thereof. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive a cold, sad excuse for a burger. The staff seemed genuinely puzzled by the concept of fast food and spent more time chatting than preparing orders.

The burger itself was a monstrosity. A greasy, flavorless patty smothered in wilted lettuce and a slice of tomato that looked like it had given up on life. The bun? Stale and lifeless.

To add insult to injury, the fries were limp and soggy, tasting like they had been reheated from last week. Even the soda was flat.

This place redefines terrible. If you value your time, money, and taste buds, stay...

+Bra mat men idag har jag smakat godare hamburgare (de mindre resturangerna) men då det måste flippas många burgare så tror jag inte att en litet hamburger hak skulle klara trycket från skolan

-Lokalerna är fräscha men känns lite plastigt och tråkigt inget jag skulle ta en dejt till (inte för att det är högsta prio att ta dejten till en hamburgarresturang men om det är önskemålet finns det bättre...
