Buffalo's Pizzakurier — Restaurant in Bülach

I ordered with home delivery and I found it absolutely outrageous. The 'cordon bleu' was a terrible quality deep frozen product that you can buy at every supermarket from the freezer, made from some low quality minced meat. The inside part of it was still frozen and I had to fry it for another 10 minutes to make it somewhat edible. Same goes for the tiramisu, it was still frozen, I rested it for 30 minutes and I still couldn't eat it because of the ice. The fry was soggy and tasted bad. The pizzas feel really cheap with bad spicing. Terrible quality for the price. Everything I got, I could have bought from a freezer from a random...

It was my first visit to this location and I got surprised positively. I went there with a friend of mine to have a drink. The staff is very friendly and chatty, even though some of them might not know all the drinks names the service was good. The washrooms (the business card of a restaurant for cleanliness) were very clean. But the killer criteria for us to go there again was definitely the closing hours. This location closes at 4am on Sunday morning. This is a huge exception for this village where most places close by 11pm. So...

Haben 3 Pizzas bestellt am Mittwoch. Ich zahlte mit Karte, Kurierdame sagte ist okay & fragte, ob ich die Quittung will. 3 Tage später (!!!) kam ein Anruf von einem Mitarbeiter, dass der Betrag noch offen ist. Wir erklärten ihm die Situation, dass die Kurierdame alles bestätigt hat & es nicht unser Fehler ist. Mitarbeiter sagte, der Chef meldet sich. Nach weiteren 3 Tagen, insgesamt 1 Woche später (!!!) nichts Besseres zu tun, schreibt & droht mir der „Chef“ per WhatsApp. Frech & respektlos, unterstellt, dass kein Geld auf meinem Konto war (was überhaupt nicht stimmt).
