I had a truly heartwarming experience at Kaiumg in Bülach during my last two visits. The service was not only professional, but also deeply human and full of kindness. I was especially touched by the care and hospitality of two wonderful ladies — if I’m not mistaken, one from Sri Lanka and the other from Thailand.

Their warm smiles, genuine kindness, and heartfelt approach made me feel incredibly welcome. They are truly an example of what great service should be. The rest of the staff could learn a lot from them — their love, respect, and care for people set a standard that should be followed. Both women are role models, and their presence adds real value to the restaurant.
