McDonald’s — Restaurant in Bülach

Ordered a burger without cheese and they even put the sticker on it ... haven't eaten all day and the moment i get home this incompetent people put cheese on my burger. I don't understand why its so difficult to fallow orders when its a tired at evening its not busy since mine was the only order on the screen may e one more in the drive thru and they still can't get it right. by the time I am home seriously if I had a car and didn't have to go back by bus I would have went back but honestly not worth the trip. just makes it disappointing to keep eating there because it's not the first time they make this...

A big thank you to the staff at the Macdonalds Bülach!!!! My car battery died today at the pick up drive thru window. At 6pm: peak dinner service! My car could not be moved until the tow truck arrived about 20 minutes later. It was extremely embarrassing for me and I was very upset but the staff were extremely empathetic and even the wonderful lady in the car behind me were able to calm me down and let me deal with my problem in peace. The shift leader was fantastic, at a time where she could have been extremely and understandably frustrated. Thank you sooo much. Next time I will park and order...

During my visit to McDonald's today, I was excited to enjoy a sundae. While at the till making my payment, I noticed a staff member in her 40s named Mila, as per her name tag. Unfortunately, she consistently gave me disapproving looks, which made me uncomfortable. Despite trying to ignore it, the unfriendly glances persisted as I waited for my sundae.
