After all my experiences, I would never order from here again! At the end of October, I decided to buy a new bed. I looked online and saw that this company also had a showroom. So I went to Bülach, went into the store, there was no one there, and I walked around for 15 minutes. Then I went shopping at Migros and then went back into the store; the whole place smelled of food! Until I realized that the salesperson was hiding in the cafeteria. Hooray, I found a salesperson. I then wanted to look at the bed I had seen online, but it wasn't in the showroom, so I had to order it from photos online. The price was fair. I ordered with delivery, assembly, and the return of old furniture included, and I specifically mentioned that they would send me an invoice before delivery, as I don't have more than 900 CHF in cash at home. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. The bed was ordered on October 26th, and they called on December 26th about the delivery. Everything was then delayed again because, as I said, the invoice hadn't been sent beforehand and I still had to pay. Until the payment arrived, no appointment could be made. The bed was then delivered on January 3rd with the wrong bed legs and headboard. I complained about it immediately upon delivery, then had to take and send more photos, and on January 6th, the replacement delivery request was initiated. I had to ask several times myself where the replacement delivery was. And today is March 31st, and I still don't have the bed I ordered on October 26th....the answers you get from customer service are the same old stuff: they're trying, they thank you for your patience, etc. I would have expected that when something like this happens, it would be given priority. But no, you're on the back burner. Even after two months, the quality of the bed topper leaves a lot to be desired, as it's already giving way in the middle.
So, if you want a piece of furniture that was delivered much too late and is of inferior quality and you want to deal with the hassle of customer service, you absolutely have to order here. For everyone else, I advise against it or keep your fingers crossed that it works the first time.
UPDATE: My replacement headboard was supposed to be delivered on April 7th, but when the delivery people were already in the bedroom, they noticed that it was the wrong headboard again. So they left right away.
I waited to hear from customer service... of course, nothing. So I contacted them today, April 22nd, and what happened was just more blah blah and I was told to wait for the entire 14-week delivery period again.... ... I want my money back. They're not even offering any alternatives, they just have to wait. We're trying, we're just getting in touch, blah blah blah... they can't even control their supplier. I would have given them a piece of my mind if they sent them the wrong headpiece for the second time. There really are no such amateurs as this company!
UPDATE: May 26, 2025, still no correct headpiece, haven't heard anything from them in over a month... they wait and wait....
UPDATE: June 11, 2025, still no correct headpiece, never heard anything from customer service again....
UPDATE: June 26, 2025, still not a single word from this "SUPER" customer service 8 months since the order date... unbelievable, really.
UPDATE: July 10, 2025, still no response from this super customer service, it's now taking longer for the replacement than the initial order..... RUDE, simply a juice shop!!!

Read moreThe meat is ok, the choices are plentiful, the portion sizes are great and the staff is friendly. Sadly the bread gets soggy fast, because the sauces are runny and veggies are very wet.
Feedback to the restaurant: Try to thicken the sauces, add different vegetables and toast the bread more. Using less lettuce would make it a lot less soggy. No one likes warm salad.
Nevertheless, this is one of the best kebab around since DoyDay closed down.
