Ristorante Pizzeria PIAZZA — Restaurant in Bern

I have been in Switzerland a few times, and everytime i have to stop by Piazza. The last time I was there was actually a few weeks ago and the food was amazing! Not only was it delicious but what I loved was that the restaurant had a wide range of things to choose, such as vegetarian, and being a picky eater like me I enjoyed everything. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our group of ten, all of African descent, visited, with six of us ordering coffee while the other two were waiting for their orders. Despite this, the waitress was consistently hostile and informed us that we couldn't sit there without everyone ordering. Her attitude felt discriminatory and made the entire visit unpleasant. Ristorante italiano che ormai di italiano non ha niente. Il menù ha chiaramente nomi italiani, ma le ricette sono adattate ai gusti locali o a quelli del proprietario. Fin qua non ci sarebbero problemi, se fosse solo qualche ingrediente di differenza. Ma quando ho fatto notare che un piatto ordinato non corrisponde affatto a quello che tradizionalmente viene servito in Italia, il cameriere molto gentile si è scusato, ma il titolare non ha sentito il bisogno di cambiare il prezzo o offrire qualcosa in cambio. La legge Svizzera tutela il consumatore contro false indicazioni sul menù, e secondo GastroSuisse "La protezione dall’inganno deve essere garantita sia mediante dati scritti sui menù dei cibi e delle bevande sia mediante raccomandazioni verbali da parte dei collaboratori". Quindi non solo quello che è successo non è affatto gentile, ma di tratta anche di un infrazione delle regole della ristorazione. Episodio molto sgradevole.

Visto che chiedete assistenza a Google per questa recensione, vi posso aiutare anch'io tramite lo screenshot della mia cronologia di Google Maps a verificare che effettivamente sono stato ospite del vostro ristorante.
