Very nice dining place in the center of Biel! We tried the rotonde burgers (tip: add the cheese! So yummy) it comes with salad and fries! The salad is perfect and colorful . They are really nice. I’ve asked if they can make something for me (because of allergies) outside of the menu card and they were super helpful and made me a delicious dinner. Prices are good. Nous avons mangé à la Rotonde pour un anniversaire et l’accueil était déjà un peu froid.. la serveuse n’était pas très souriante et semblait ne pas vouloir être là (nous ne nous arrêtons pas à ça car cela peu arriver mais c’était déstabilisant, nous essayions d’être agréable avec elle). J’ai choisi le menu de la chasse et j’étais malheureusement un peu déçu.. l’entrecôte de cerf était bonne mais les choux rouges et spätzlis moins .. trop beurré à mon goût. Les desserts étaient bons et copieux. Nous avons payé environ 350.- pour 6 personnes avec bouteille de vin, c’était correcte.

Nous avons passé le soir du réveillon à la Rotonde. Le menu de cette soirée était une réussite, crème de courge, trio de poisson, noix de Saint Jacques et risotto puis le trou normand et ensuite carré de veau, fromage et assiette gourmande. J'aimerais aussi beaucoup insister sur l'accueil et la qualité du service, c'est agréable de se retrouver dans ce bel endroit avec de l'espace autour de sois et un personnel qualifié qui connaît très bien son métier, quel plaisir, merci.
