La Val Hotel & Spa — Restaurant in Breil/Brigels

Our experience in this hotel was simply amazing in terms of service & facilities. There are three main reasons why this beautiful place really delivered on an extra ordinary experience: 1) Vegan friendly & delicious food - I traveled with my mom and she is vegan. Despite the fact of not having a regular menu for vegan guests, they certainly went out of their way to provide each night and each morning diverse vegan alternatives. They made my mom feel so special and tasted so good, and this I will never forget. 2) Great spa area & treatments - after long walks the spa area was a true retreat especially thanks to the very warm entertaining and friendly staff. Their humor and positive attitude made the treatments even a bit more fun & relaxing. 3) Attention to detail - From the welcome to the goodbye the small details lightened up our stay. I've spent many nights in hotels for business and holiday trips. But no where we felt more welcome than in La Val. It started with the check in, because my daughter and I are vegetarian, they prepared a schedule with vegetarian dishes for every day of our stay just to have more choice than on the menu (and the menu has vegetarian and even vegan choices). The service in the hotel and in the restaurant (during breakfast and dinner) was just perfect. All the employees speak very well English and are happy to help with any kind of question.|We got a lot of nice ideas for hikes in the mountains in the neighbourhood. If you love hiking, just ask how to get to Kistenstöckli, it is worth is!|For the rest, the room was good and quiet, the beds comfortable, the swimming facilities are also nice after a day of hard walk in the mountains.|We came as guest at La Val and left as friends!
