The hidden secret.
Tödi describes themselves as a Pizza place. Although they ARE the best pizza place in GR - Graubünden, Switzerland, they are far more. Not only that the owner comes back from forest with the best game ever. But the way his family and polite staff brings your plate to the table is just outstanding. Delicious and first class dishes with sides and herbs matching perfectly. Do not forget to dring the limited local whine. You will not get it anywhere else on this planet.
Brigels is - anyway - one of the - hidden - cuisine villages of Switzerland. But Tödi is definetely one of the reasons why.

It's my favorite restaurant in Breil/Brigels, thanks to the very nice owners. The food is very good, the chef is able to cater for special needs (gluten free) and the views are just amazing from the terrace.
I recommend eating there in autumn after the hunting season (which I believe ends in September). The venison that is served here is brought in by the chef himself. While the menu depends somewhat on the hunter's luck, you're guaranteed to have a truly local...

Es ist bekannt, dass man dort gut isst. Wir haben uns riesig gefreut wieder einmal im Tödi Pizza zu essen. Wir bekamen zwar die Menukarten wurden dann aber über eine halbe Stunde nicht bedient. Wir wurden auch nicht gefragt ob wir etwas zum Trinken möchten. Das Personal trotz Hochsaison und "voller Hütte" offenbar an diesem Abend komplett überfordert. Wir haben nur eine Person im Service gesehen, das sollte während der Hochsaison nicht sein. Da unser mehrfaches Winken und Rufen nicht gesehen und gehört wurde, verliessen wir dann das Restaurant ohne zu konsumieren...
