Le Phénix — Restaurant in Bussigny

Very bad service. The woman was very rude. I ask her a question and no reply. We were the first one to order out of 14 of us that came from a bus tour. And we were the last one to get our meal. I ask her why but no reply from her. We waited 2 and half hours for our meal. When we paid I ask her if she was the Manager/owner. She said yes. I then told her that very bad service. She replied that's ok and walked off. No explanation or apology for the very long wait of our order. We spent 72 Swiss Franc. I think she could have been more nicer and apologetic. She was very rude instead. I wouldn't give them 1 star. Not even zero star....

if you are staying at novotel, they will recommend a restaurant le phenix. this place sells good food....ill admit good but small.

she didnt look very friendly......sad part is service is bad as well, we waited for 1.30hrs why? 1st under staff 2nd the cook was only 1 clearly cannot take alot of orders. 3rd after taking our orders they took 3 more orders but our order end up becoming the last... tried to ask her why our order is still not here...she did not say anything look at me and just walk to the other table to get new orders... waste of time and money as...

The best food I've ever eaten. Very nice service, we waited maybe 25 minutes for our food. You can eat both outside and inside. They have a very extensive menu. I will definitely...
