The Bistro Vercorin — Restaurant in Chalais

My partner and I spent our entire weekend in Vercorin eating and drinking at The Bistro. Nicos is the most kind-hearted, loving person. The chef, Sergio, is incredibly kind and an amazing cook! Both took amazing care of us and even ensured to make a special Moussaka dish for a taste of Greece. The food is great, the staff is incredible. Last week my family and I stayed at the SwissPeak resort for the ISBHF Ball hockey Championships. The resturant staff, especially Niko, were extremly friendly, kind, compassionate and hard working, they treated us like famliy. Not only is the service great but the contemporary sleek design along with wodden accents and goergoues views combined with one of the BEST burgers I have ever had created an ever lasting memory. It happens to be a great place to spend the time! There is a wide selection of wines and some other liquors, which is great. Regarding the menu, the choice was not extremely variated but everything the I had was really good.

The service was quite good, paying a lot of attention to details and how the whole dinning experience was going.

I dare say that the ambiance may be better than other places in the village.
