Let me start off by saying I'm a big fan of McDonald's but this one of the worst restaurants I ate in period! The menu is confusing payed more than for a big Mac to get the same sized burger without tomatoes, onion, lettuce... Tiny 20g ketchup bags cost 0.3 CHF each. Drink came with no cup lid or a straw and it wasn't even busy so no excuse for that. No one's speaks English and when I asked to change or get a refund they had to make a scene instead just changing the burger and asked me to pay for a new burger! eventually after I had to argue with them they "kindly" threw some lettuce and a tomato inside the burger.. needles to say i ate it cold and was very disappointed from the overall experience.. I'll definitely recommend checking out burger king or any other restaurant before...

Very quick service, impressive. After ordering on the screens at the entrance, we barely sat 5 minutes and food was already being brought to our table. Quality was at par.

Parking was below the restaurant, in the spacious underground lot of the Ibis hotel. 1 chf for an hour, only coins accepted.

A little stupid thing from McDonald's: we used the app to order online dessert and coffee. So far, so good. To indicate where you sit, there is a sticker on the table with a number.
