👍🏼 nice set up for the interior design 👍🏼 Good foods (initially) 👍🏼 Good service and hospitality from most of the staff members. 👎 inconsistent standard (most of it for the food). First time visiting the place, everything was fantastic. The greeter was there and showed us the table, tasty foods, all in all was nice experience. Come back the second time and there was no greeter. Since the signage informed us that we should wait to be seated, so we did. Only one staff member (tall guy) who's been back and forth from the kitchen, saw us 3-4x yet he seems like ignoring us. We were waiting for around 10 min before we decided to find our own table. The vegan nuggets and burgers were a bit dry but acceptable. The drink (ice tea with rosemary) was fresh and nice. This Tuesday, we visited for the 3rd time and we feel disappointed. Again, the foods and drnks were not as good as our first trip (burger was a bit tough, sweet potato was meh). My husband and I both ordered the same drinks(ice tea with rosemary) but the taste was not the same. Also different from what I remember from my second visit. We still ate whatever we ordered because it wasn't that bad but the inconsistency is noticeable. Also the price isn't exactly cheap, so we kinda have expectations here.

We stopped in tonight for dinner with 3 hungry kids in tow. We were quickly seated and after a few minutes of looking over the menu our server came over to take our order. She immediately recognized that we were English speakers and helped answer our questions. My kids were given coloring books and colored pencils to keep them happy until the food came, but they barely had time to get started before the drinks and food came! Unbelievably fast - it was outstanding. If you’ve been at a restaurant with hungry kids you know how challenging it can be. The drinks were delicious and our kids were very excited about their kids cocktails. We got the strawberry basil drink and the mango and mint drink. Our favorite was probably the kids cocktail, though! To eat the kids got the klassik burger, I got the geissbock and my husband got the goldschmelze. All 3 were good. I really like the interior of this place. This is one reason why i like to keep coming back. I had a chicken rösti burger and unfortunately it wasnt something i would order again. The chicken was dry . The worst thing about this place is the unfriendly service. One the different occasions iv been with different people during different times of the day even if the restaurant was almost empty, there are 2 female employees that are flat out rude and make you feel unwelcome there. Everyone on the table felt the same. I am really disappointed by this point and i wont say which 2 workers are they so they wont have problems at work but i hope they will serve people better next time. Iv also been at times where the restaurant was literally almost completely empty and had to wait for 20 minutes for a waiter to come by.
