Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Chur

Im really sorry to say that the KFC Chur Branch 0n. 20th of May 2024 @20.uhr. Around, i went to pickup some order for Dinner. the service/ cashier girl was really unfriendly and not friendly to sale the product what ask customer. As a good customer of KFC im extreamly worry about chur branch. I never go there. Just wast of my money. Some high executives or Branch manager are must be controled the quality of food and workers attitide with customers. Im totaly unhappy with.food quwlity is too bad specially fries no more krunch, original chicken pieces are semi cold and half fryed!!! Hot spicy wings are mixed with normal just 2 pices was hot spicy. Its a cheeting for me 🥹😡. I never go there again. So...

The price is so expensive for the quality and the amount of the chicken inside the menu, the potatoes is in a bad condition 😕 😐 you cannot eat it ( dry and broken) for my opinion do not take any potatoes when you buying a meal. Our visit was just okay. If you are looking for the Colonel's original recipe, KFC Chur definitely scratches the itch but if you're looking for the US menu, prepare for disappointment. Clearly missing was popcorn chicken and the famous bowl.
