Ristorante Locanda del Boschetto — Restaurant in Circolo di Lugano ovest

I was here a lot of times (really a lot) as I liked their food, but it was before. Unfortunately, seems like they changed the chef or owners (I don't know), and for example the old dishes (which I was always ordering in the past (except fish), like zuppetta, polipetti picanti, cocktail di gamberetti and salsa for potatoes) were being completely changed.... and the most important is not even close to be good.... very sad. I was here today 24.09.2024. Very pity. One of the good restaurants it was until today..... Do not recommend. There are other restaurants in the town...

Well, I was looking for a hidden gem on my trip and I found it here! It is a very authentic restaurant with amazing fresh fish cooked on an open fire. Giovanni and his team gave us a memorable dinner at their wonderful restaurant. It was a hot summer day but the restaurant is surrounded by trees which kept the temperature lower.
