Osteria Bellavista — Restaurant in Circolo di Vezia

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room had a strong odor, reminiscent of a wet dog, which was quite unpleasant. We arrived at the scheduled check-in time of 4 PM, but the host was still cleaning the unit, and we had to wait until 5:10 PM. When we finally got in, it was clear that the cleaning was rushed—there were dirty sheets with hairs and eyeliner left on them.

To make matters worse, the listing described a full rental apartment, but what we received was just a room in a house with a shared bathroom and kitchen that we weren't allowed to use, despite it being listed as an amenity. The photos on the listing showed a much larger and nicer room than what we were given.

The towels also smelled musty, as if they had been sitting wet for too long. It felt more like camping than a proper stay, as we had to go buy sleeping bags to be comfortable. Overall, the host surely was aware of these issues, which added to the disappointment. If this is how they treat Airbnb guests, it’s probably representative of how they run their restaurant. Osteria Bellavista coniuga un equilibrio tra un ristorante raffinato e un ristorante più informale, il personale di sala rende questo senso di accoglienza ancora più sentito e l'ambiente caldo completa. Il menù è estremamente ampio e offre una grandissima scelta di piatti della tradizione e non solo ed è in grado di soddisfare tantissimi palati, davvero difficile la scelta. La selezione dei vini è ampia e in grado di sostenere l'offerta culinaria. Il cibo è di qualità e si ha subito voglia di ritornare a provare uno dei tanti piatti del menù. Das Bellavista ist eine sehr gelungene Abwechslung zu all den anderen Tessiner Osterias Super coole und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, wo es für all die verschiedenen Geschmäcker etwas gibt.

Auch die Weinauswahl ist sehr spannend und breitgefächert.

All dies runden Lena und Francisco mit ihrer herzlichen und offenen Art zu einem besonderen Erlebnis ab.

Denn sie nehmen sich auch die Zeit und Muse für ein persönliches Gespräch, was eben auch einen guten Service ausmacht.

Das Restaurant ist innen sehr gemütlich und bietet auch 2 Terassen mit schöner Aussicht in die Bergwälder.
