Do you know exactly what the problem is? You think you are flawless, as if we are drinking coffee for the first time and we have never been to a coffee shop… I didn’t tell you to change the temperature of the machine! I told Batista that your coffee temperature is not enough for me, I want my coffee in a heated cup. If you do not have special equipment for this, it is very easy to put hot water in the cup and let it heat up, then you can pour the water and fill the coffee from the machine. It's not rocket science, but it's a situation that is impossible to recognise and therefore impossible to resolve because of your approach and view of the customer.
