I recently visited this coffee shop, and I must say I was disappointed with their coffee temperature. I specifically asked the barista to make it hotter, but they only served it warm. If you're someone who expects hot coffee, this place might not meet your expectations. They serve only warm coffee, which was not what I was looking for…

Do you know exactly what the problem is? You think you are flawless, as if we are drinking coffee for the first time and we have never been to a coffee shop… I didn’t tell you to change the temperature of the machine! I told Batista that your coffee temperature is not enough for me, I want my coffee in a heated cup. If you do not have special equipment for this, it is very easy to put hot water in the cup and let it heat up, then you can pour the water and fill the coffee from the machine. It's not rocket science, but it's a situation that is impossible to recognise and therefore impossible to resolve because of your approach and view of the customer. Perhaps due to being understaffed or what, it is not recommendable to visit this place close to closing time, then the staff turns Godzilla on you and insist on the client bringing up plates and glasses back. Service also dwindles but if that's an excuse to NOT be of service then better not be on this biz. We only gave stars to the decoration. Just went here for a coffee one evening. What a beautiful cafe. Tried their chocolate orange cake and their croissant. Coffee and food were good but the ambience and vibe of the place is what sets it apart. Nice place to spend some cold lazy afternoons looking outside their windows sipping on some hot drinks.
