Very rude service, the waitress who served us made us feel so uncomfortable, rushed us to order and took the menu from us as if she is angry at as, so not welcoming, its a shame because the Ambiente of the place is so lovely, but it has this bad energy overall, hard to explain but you know what I mean. Servers are not wearing at least a same t-shirts, they are just with their street wear which can show how little they care… and when I asked for some water for my dog, she asked do you have a plate? Most places bring water to dogs without even being asked. It’s just something to consider for improvement. For us, this used to be a wonderful spot where we could relax and enjoy our coffee. Today, we were served by two very polite and respectable ladies who greeted us with a smile and lovely hospitality. Everything was going well until a rude man appeared—clearly the owner—who began yelling at us and ranting in an extremely rude and offensive manner, despite not even knowing us. He was bothered by our dog, which was perfectly clean and sitting quietly at our feet. I have never experienced such behavior before, and from what we observed, he was speaking in a similarly unacceptable way to all the staff. This man urgently needs professional help. Früher bekannt als DER beste Ort für eien Coupe und etc. aber definitiv nicht mehr! Trotz mehrheitlich leerer Tischen (mussten nur abgeräumt werden) hat es 15minuten gedauert bis wir beachtet wurden. Eine Kellnerin schnautzte den anderen Kellner in genervtem Ton laut und deutlich vor uns an, dies sei sein Tisch. Als er kam um die Bestellung aufzunehmen wurden wir zuerst von seinem Hawaihemd geöffnet bis zum Bauchnabel und langen Ketten um den Hals geblendet (GEHT GAR NICHT) bevor wir die Sprachbarriere fesststellten. 2 Frappé ein Coupe Romanoff und 2 Eiskaffee wurden bestellt. Eine kleine Anpassung wurde gewünscht für einen Eiskaffe (Anstatt Mocca eis, Vanilleeis) dies wurde solange hin und her diskutiert(das ist nicht möglich), sodass man sich schlussendlich geeinigt hat separat eine Kugel Vanille zu bringen und das "umleeren" vom Gast übernommen wird(siehe Bild). Konnten wir als Gäste absolut nicht nachvollziehen da dies bis anhin immer möglich war (kein gerührter Eisskaffee). Zudem hat sich das Frappée geteilt und wir mussten es stehen lassen.
