Au Tirlibaum — Restaurant in Fribourg - Freiburg

The worst service ever, we sit with family during Fribourg visit to have a coffee and some drinks and we were refused to served. Never seen in my life. Just avoid this place.

Dear Owner, instead of threatening dissatisfied guests I would focus to improve service. Let me bring you again situation for your reflection: today, Apr 14 around 13:00 we sit in your restaurant and wanted to have some drinks like coffee and water. When I wanted to placed order, waiter made a face and disappear, he back and said that chef (I assume that’s you) said that he cannot serve only drinks if we will not order food. Strange but both tables on the right and left were having coffee and drinks only. If that’s rules you should make somewhere visible that you do not serve drinks only. On top one of my daughter started to cry as she just wanted to drink glass of water. All people in restaurant was surprised and they are witness. So do what you have to do and make a complaint to google but I will not change my opinion. And for future I recommend treat your customers better and...

Restaurant sympathique avec des bons plats simples. La salade en entrée et celle comme plat principal (avec le fromage de chèvre) étaient bonnes et variées. La fondue bourguignonne était aussi satisfaisante. Malheureusement pas d'indication pour les allergies telles que le gluten sur la carte. Le service était malheureusement trop lent.
