We had the lunch menu today. Staff is so attentive and super professional. Attention to detail was outstanding. The quality of the meals were extraordinary. Super tasty and well presented. Value for money is truly hard to beat.This is not a run of the mill restaurant, this is top class. Merci, merci for a truly wonderful experience. Three cheers to the chef. Girls evening in the old down town of Fribourg we ordered the smallest gourmet menu on the terrasse. A very nice place with sight on the cathedral. It was just that the salmon was slightly overcooked, the beef plate came with no extra dish means the meat on Portocustard one or two tiny vegetables and nothing else since we've had already rice with the fish...
