I went there for lunch with my 3yo son for the first time today and ordered their platdujour. And because we don’t have such big appetites, we shared just one plat du jour, and did not order drinks. The lady serving us seemed to be very upset about this? (I assume, or otherwise she just doesn’t like us) because she gave me a very “I don’t like you and I’m not happy to serve you” poker face throughout the entire meal, even when I was nice and smiled several times. When I was paying for the meal, she also didn’t bother saying thank you, and even when we walked out of the restaurant, she did not utter any word which is terribly rude. I am pregnant, holding my toddler with one hand and pushing a pram loaded with stuff with the other, yet NONE of the staff came to help us open the door when we entered, and none of them helped with the door when we left. Plus there’s a small flight of steps exiting the restaurant and nobody bothered lending a hand. This is extremely shortcoming of service, I would even go to say extremely TERRIBLE and RUDE. No matter what I am still a paying customer. I will NEVER ever patronise this place again.

To the lady who served me today- I hope you see this and realise your service sucks.

Food wise- very average. I am Asian and I know what’s good Asian food. Very expensive if you do not order plat du jour. not worth the $$. better put your money elsewhere there’s tons of amazing asian restaurant nearby in Geneva paquis area with top service and quality. BAD PLACE overall. Don’t be fooled by their nice decor...

CHF 40 for rubber pork on shredded iceberg, served in hospital dishware.

There’s a moment, about three bites in, when your brain begins negotiating with your taste buds.

This is how you survive a CHF 40 dish that looks like it was plated in a hospital. The ‘grilled’ pork is microwaved to a texture somewhere between eraser and cardboard; the shredded iceberg - cold, limp, and usually reserved for an underperforming sandwich. The sauce clings like paint primer to your teeth.

Service? We sat on the terrace unattended, exiled. Not once. Not twice. But four times, we walked inside to beg service for menus, orders, drinks, bill. A portion of steamed rice never arrived but appeared on the bill. Removed when asked. No apology. No surprise. No goodbye.

A soulless, overpriced experience with the charm of an...

I had the pleasure of dining at this beautiful restaurant on a cold November evening.

The atmosphere and service were outstanding and the food left me feeling cozy and happy, perfect comfort food for these chilly winter days ❄️💖. The fragrant Swiss wine was a delightful highlight and the friendly robot waiter (though we didn’t use him) was shown to us and added a fun, unique touch to the experience—we’d never seen one before! 🤖 That said, our human waiters were absolutely fantastic and made the evening even better with their excellent service.

I can’t wait to return to try more dishes and wines. 🍷 I’m especially curious about their private rooms, which I think would be ideal for business meetings or big...
