Azar & Co — Restaurant in Geneva

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Azar & Co, a Lebanese restaurant in Geneva that truly surpassed my expectations. From the moment I entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a delightful dining experience.

Food: Azar & Co offers a diverse menu filled with authentic Lebanese dishes. I began my meal with the mezze platter, a delightful combination of hummus, tabbouleh, chicken livers and stuffed grape leaves. Each item was fresh and bursting with flavor, providing a wonderful way to sample a variety of tastes.

For my main course, I chose the lamb grilled platter along with garlic chicken wings. The meats were marinated to perfection and grilled just right, accompanied by fragrant rice.

Service: The service at Azar & Co was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve. They were more than willing to offer recommendations and ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable from beginning to end.

Terrible experience. Awful food.

Firstly I must say that my boyfriend and I love discovering new cuisines & flavours especially Lebanese cuisine. Few weeks, ago while we were travelling in Geneva we stumbled upon this restaurant on the internet whose website appeared to be very convincing so we decided to go. We wanted to try their "famous" Lebanese cuisine as mentioned on their website.

Upon our arrival, the staff were not welcoming at all, the service was absolutely disappointing and the staff were rather hostile. We waited for over an hour for our food even though we were only a few customers.

The food wasn't fresh, the dishes looked unprepared and unappetising to make things worse we spent almost 200 euros for 2 people which was definitely not worth it. To keep it short, the whole experience was awful, I will definitely never go again to this place and I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy!

The pictures already speak volumes about how nice this establishment looks, but in person the place looks even better. I could stare at the wall for an hour straight and be satisfied! Jokes aside i do really like the decorations and the overall aesthetic they went for. I'm quite picky about seats but their chairs knock it out of the park truly, worthy of sleeping in

The people behind the food are extremely nice as well! They're very welcoming and are happy to teach you the correct way to eat the food which i completely ignored ( oopsie :3 ) as i gorged on the food cause it was so good
