This is a very good eatery in the harbor of Grandson, under the same management since a long time. We try to make a stopover here for lunch when traveling to the Jura mountains like this Saturday. They have a varied choice of fish and meat on their menu, vegetarian options are very limited. The wine list features good regional products from the northern shores of the Neuchâtel lake. You are always well received and rapidly taken care of. Today we chose filets of perch from the lake since the white fish was not available. Olivia chose the perch served with a saffron sauce that she really liked, and I played the safe card with the meunière variant. I visited the restaurant yesterday for lunch. Location very nice and the staff friendly and keeping an eye on everything. The food is another thing! I asked for the horse entrecôte medium with café du Paris sauce. This was from the a la carte menu. What I got were a piece totally overdone. They changed and the new is OK. The sauce were definitely not what I wanted. It was more a curry sauce. The café du Paris include curry, that's correct but this was really overpowered with curry.
