Overpriced. Family of 4 had 3 burgers with fries, 1 Ceasar salad, 4 lemonades, Our bill was around $173 usd before a tip. My burger ordered well came out oozing blood. Had to Be recooked without staff irritation. The Swiss beef tasted very different than any we've ever had. We didnt care for it. Our server was pleasant. The location was beautiful setting across from Lake Lucerne with mountainous views behind it. Absolutely picturesque the area. We wouldn't return based solely on the absurd pricing.

Obwohl das Essen in diesem Restaurant wirklich top ist und die Bedienung freundlich, fand ich die Preise ein bisschen zu hoch. Leider laden sie mich nicht zu einem zweiten Besuch ein. Die amerikanische Einrichtung ist wirklich toll und schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre, aber für mich ist der Preis einfach nicht angemessen. Wenn Sie jedoch bereit sind, etwas mehr auszugeben, würde ich sagen, dass es sich für das leckere Essen und das tolle Ambiente lohnt. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, aber für mich persönlich ist es nicht das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Heute waren wir mittags essen. Das Essen war lecker, und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es einen Punkt, den ich bemängeln muss – und für mich ist das ein absolutes No-Go, wenn ich auswärts esse: Kaum verlasse ich das Restaurant, riechen meine Kleidung und meine Jacke stark nach Essen. Ich habe gesehen, dass vorne gekocht wird, aber als ehemaliger Gastronom sage ich ganz klar: Da stimmt etwas mit der Abluftanlage nicht. So etwas darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Wie gesagt, es war sehr lecker!!!

If you eat outside, you have a nice view on Lake Lucerne. Inside, the interior design is very cool and confortable with good music. The staff is very nice, but the highlight are the burgers. We tried the Wasserbüffel with JD-Sauce, the Pulled Pork & the Pouletbrust. We loved all three of them. The fries and the drinks were excellent too. The prices are reasonable. I am looking forward to...

liars and cheaters, who do not respect customers wishes!!!

I have ordered burgers, and asked not to include bacon, but they include it in, and when I complain, they lie and cheated me that there is no bacon in. Such liars and cheaters, who do not respect customers wishes.

Cannot be trusted for the food and ingredients they offer.

I would never recommend or trust...
