The restaurant with the worst service from waitress in Switzerland.

Food is good and the cocktail is delicious. There is a kid corner and beautiful lake view.

Unfortunately all was ruined by the super rude waitress name Evelyn (what she told us, she is not Polish). She brought the food and asked us who ordered it and can‘t wait for 30 SECOND until we remembered the name of the dishes to tell her. She almost threw the plates on our table and left. When I complained she said she had no time, too many customers to serve. Hey, is it my problem as a customer? Completely arrogant and no manner.

We didn’t receive any apology from the restaurant even though other waiter, waitress were there and witnessed it.

We came here a few times and it’s our favourite place but but will be the last time we come to this restaurant. Pity but the service is too bad.

Worst customer service and not friendly to tourists!

My husband and I booked a table here thinking it would be a fun and different place than the usual Swiss restaurants but were very disappointed with the customer service we ended up leaving without even ordering a drink or dinner.

When we arrived the waiter sat us at a nice table by the window with a good view but then were told by another waiter we had to get up and move to a smaller table at the back of the restaurant with no view.

We waited about 15 - 20 minutes there with no one even coming to ask us what we wanted to drink, so we went to find a waiter and asked to order directly but he said he was coming and then never did.

The service was ok; however, my brother and I did not enjoy our meals. We ordered the Gambas al Ajillo and Chicken Jambalaya but the rice was overly loaded with tomato sauce, overpowering the taste of the rice and causing us both severe acid reflux. Collectively we spent $65 on our entrees alone and neither of us finished our meals. The only offer the waitress gave us to correct this issue was a free coffee or fountain drink. The fountain drinks were also not free refills so i alone paid $13 for one drink with one refill. Overall, the restaurant was overly priced. The lighting is also very minimal.
