Restaurant Pluspunkt — Restaurant in Ingenbohl

This was a meal we are still talking about weeks later. Pluspunkt was an outstanding experience. The menu consisted of seasonal, regional ingredients combined in subtly original and thought-provoking ways. Highlights were the seasoning of the beef tartare in the starter platter, as well as the smoked lamb main course. The service was warm and attentive but never intrusive. The ambience was also very relaxing, with plenty of space to sit outside in Summer. As one of the very few restaurants in Brunnen which does not churn out boring, overpriced or overly-touristy fare, we will definitely be back to Pluspunkt at every opportunity. The portions were also sensible - we were satisfied instead of uncomfortable after three courses.

The final bill came to around €110 for three courses including wine and tip for two people. On a sunny Saturday in June (a busy time, but just before the school holidays start) all the outdoor tables were occupied, so a reservation seems like a good idea, but there were plenty of tables available...

It was interesting to see a fire pit going by the entrance on a very hot day but pleasant day. Reviews recommended highly this place and we were not disappointed. The young waiter helped us translate some meals along with Herr Google... or Frau? It was hard to stop eating and drinking. Everything was delicious and artfully created. I wish we could have restarted eating after Kaffee Fertig but, alas, there was no space. There were about 5 people who came to our table with dishes and asking us if everything was good, and we would like to thank all of them for making our dining experience 100%...

Ein absolut top-Restaurant mit sowohl menschlichen sehr hohen Werten und zugleich eine wundervolle und schmackhafte Küche. Der Pluspunkt punktet durch sehr qualitative Produkte, dabei werden regionale Produkte berücksichtigt und angeboten. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, sowohl an Fleisch, wie auch vegetarischen oder veganen Angeboten. Auf jegliche Unverträglichkeiten wie Gluten, Histamin oder Laktose wird eingegangen und entsprechend gekocht - tausend Dank dafür! Der Service und die Freundlichkeit ist einwandfrei. Ein Restaurant, bei dem das eigene Wohlfühlgefühl schnell da ist und ich jederzeit wieder gern im Pluspunkt essen gehe. Der Kinderspielplatz im Aussenbereich, wie auch das Spielzimmer im Innenbereich macht der Pluspunkt zu einem attraktiven Familienrestaurant. Kinder sind herzlichst Willkommen. Auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wird in hohem Masse mit einer unglaublichen Flexibilität eingegangen. Das Restaurant für mich mit einem gewissen Etwas - mit dem Plus als mehr als nur ein perfekter Gastgeber. Ich bedanke mich von Herzen für alles was Ihr für mich tut! Euch kann man nur...
