Restaurant by Berghotel Oeschinensee — Restaurant in Kandersteg

The view is great , the food came less then 10 minutes which probably is pre cooked , but the only reason to give 1 stars because of the elderly woman worker with short hair, she was very racist, 3 people got up from the table next to us and they left the plates on the table and she said nothing, when I got up she said "you! You cannot leave the plates there, you need to put the plate there" I told her that the other people did the same thing , then she turned to another table and said something about black people (I studied German) i suggest the owner to hire people who are not with the old racist mentality , the rest of the stuff where not like her I visited the restaurant on Thursday

We were seated by the waitress and came back 2min later to take our drinks, then two other parties came in after us and took there drink immediately n’ they were serviced and took there orders first. They were already eating and the waiter didnt even come back to take our order! I was trying to make eye contact with one of the waiters but nothing!25 min later one of them had the nerve to aknowledge me and came and asked if we were ready so I just asked for the tab, so upset i didnt want to eat anymore. We had a great dining experience at the restaurant of Berghotel Oeschinensee. The food was delicious - we tried the Planted Burger, a homemade lentil burger served in a sesame bun with onion confit, jalapeños, and a unique apricot-zurrin mayonnaise. It came with a generous portion of French fries and was full of flavor.
