Bertschi Bäckerei zum Brotkorb AG — Restaurant in Kloten

It’s my savior especially in cold winter time. I search around Kloten, no coffee shop or bakery open before 8am on Saturday. I need to pick up people at the airport around 8:30 and I already at the airport around 5am since I drop off my husband. So, I have to wait for couple hours and can’t imagine how much the parking cost if I park at the airport.

The location is near sport hall/stadion, a bit dark around here coz it’s kind an industrial area (maybe), not around housing area.

The bread is so fresh and I think this is their factory.

Perfect place for me. Coffee, Parking. Toilet. And the staff speaks...

Dropping one star in the rating of an otherwise fantastic place because they stopped accepting non-cash payment options for small amounts which is anachronistic. Also the takeaway coffee machine uses milk powder rather than proper milk. I would gladly pay a bit more if they improved on...
