I had a fantastic experience at Buris Grillwerk, and I'm thrilled to give it a glowing 5-star review:

The menu is intuitive to choose from. The meaty burgers are divided into three categories based on the weight of the patty, and there's also a falafel burger for vegetarians. The burger buns are very impressive - I've never come across burger buns that feel like this anywhere else. We ordered the SMASH burger and thought that if we wanted to experience the juicy flavor of the patty, we would have to choose a menu item with a patty weight of 280 grams or more. Trying to fit 140 grams of meat into a burger bun made the patty rather thin, so you can't expect it to be juicy, but you could definitely taste the flavor of the meat. There were toothpicks at each table, but the meat was tender enough that I didn't need them. There were some reviews that said the patties were spicy, but I didn't find them to be that spicy. However, the seasoning on the patty had a strong smell of Middle Eastern spices, unlike the seasoning on a typical burger. The Röstifreis tasted more like hashbrowns cut into fries and fried. Mit hohen Erwartungen (4.9 Sterne bei über 900 Bewertungen) habe ich dem Lokal einen Besuch abgestattet. Die Bedienung war freundlich und informativ bezüglich der Optionen und dem Bestellvorgang. Ich habe dann das gleiche Menü wie mein vorangegangener Kollege bestellt mit den Worten: Das Gleiche, bitte. Leider bekam ich dann aber nicht die Rösti-Fries sondern die normalen Fries. Beim Betrachten des aus meiner Sicht erheblichen Mengenunterschieds zwischen normalen und Rösti-Fries, war ich dann aber froh, dass ich normale Fries bekam (siehe Bild). Die Fries waren frisch, knusprig und sehr gut. Der Burger hat mich aber vom erhofften phänomenalen Geschmack enttäuscht. Was mich zudem ins Schwitzen gebracht hat, war die Sauce im Burger. Ich habe meinen Burger mit der Haussauce erhalten, die auf dem Menü oder beim Bestellen leider keine Indikation aufwies, dass sie ein wenig pikant ist. Dies hat mir das Erlebnis leider verdorben. Für Leute wie mich, die scharfes Essen gar nicht mögen und auch nicht vertragen, wäre es ratsam entweder zuerst nachzufragen, ob die Sauce scharf ist oder aber kundenfreundlich vom Restaurant proaktiv zu vermerken, dass die Sauce mit Chili versetzt wird (auch wenn es nur ein wenig ist). Der Preis für den kleinsten Burger ohne Zusatz und eine Portion Fries ist mit CHF 23.- nicht gerade billig und auch nicht moderat. Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente ist nicht hervorzuheben. Was mich drinnen ein bisschen gestört hat, ist, dass ausschliesslich Hip-Hop-Musik gespielt wurde und diese inkl. Videos auf einem grossen Bildschirm läuft. Die Hip-Hop-Musik-Videos sind ja bekannt für eher provokante Bilder und dies passt nicht zu einem Restaurant.

Nachtrag auf die Antwort des Besitzers: Du verwechselst mich. Habe den Burger nicht getauscht. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden anders aufgenommen. Dein Laden ist nicht perfekt. So auf eine eher schlechtere Bewertung zu reagieren ist...
