We stopped at this restaurant for dinner as a family. It was very hot afternoon but no offer for any fan or air conditioning even though there was facility. It was truly so bad because we were the only sitting customers and they couldn't even look after us in this entire restaurant.
Food delayed and it was not cooked properly.
A lot of flies were flying around our food and I think we spend more time just to chase after those flies rather than concentrating on eating. Like I mentioned we were the ONLY customers who were inside this restaurant but then they didn't even notice how much were were struggling. Now you can imagine the type of service we received.
After they served the food, they became busy and no one even checked on us. Every time I needed something, I had to go to the counter for help.
Another problem I experienced is that they gave us sharp kitchen knife into our all four cutlery along with a spoon. Imagine those knifes my children...how was that safe for them to use ?????
Finally the bill was £88 CHF. I have no problem paying huge money on food but didn't feel it was the correct bill for this sort of service.
When I was paying bills, I had to explain what I went through in front of their own eyes but they were so busy couldn't even notice ONLY 4 customers inside such a big restaurant.
Im sorry but it was just too bad experience.
No way ever again I would step my feet into...
Read moreFirst and last time coming here. The great reviews praising this place are a complete mystery to me. It makes sense though when you notice that 10 5-star reviews show up immediately after a negative one. They post fake reviews to drown out the negative ones.
Moving on to my experience with this place: They had increased the prices for everything but not bothered to reflect the changes on the website. Great. Prices are ridiculously high for the average to below average quality and small portion sizes. The Vorspeisenteller for 1 person was at most a kids portion. Less than a handful of cheap/basic things in there + a small bread for 15CHF?! What a joke. The dürüm was also nothing special yet still considerably more expensive (14.50CHF) than in other places. They offer calf or chicken meat for the döners. We picked calf. Imagine our surprise when we got home and tried the dürüm only to notice that the ‘calf’ meat is mixed with lamb, which we don’t eat. The food landed straight in the bin soon after. At no point was I informed by the staff member of this and this information was nowhere to be found. Other reviews on here seem to mention this as well. The quality of the food will leave you feeling disappointed and ripped off so don’t waste your time. Never again for us.
Only positive thing I have to say is that it seemed to be very clean.

Read moreLecker! Delicious, fabuleuse. Fell upon this gem of a restaurant whilst walking around near the hotel looking for a chinese restaurant. I`m not usually a big fan of burgers and pizzas, but the smell coming from the restaurant got my family looking in the window and in the door. Friendly service, quality cuisine and not expensive - great value for money. REALLY delicious chargrilled burgers and very good pizzas with a nice base. The starters were Turkish dips with home-made pitta bread - nothing like the store bought version, and the dessert was to die for - freshly baked home-made baklava served at the table. The chef cut it and put vanilla ice-cream inside which took the dish to another level. Not usually a fan of baklava, but realised that´s just because I´d never tried a good one. The chef has set the bar high - delicious! Very varied menu - something for everyone. You won´t be disappointed with your meal here. Lovely atmosphere, full of locals which is always...
