Outstanding food! Very authentic and delicious. The seasoning was great with depth, one can taste how sophisticated the flavors are. Even the tea came straight from Taiwan (Ali Mountain). Also you have different choices in their menu, not just those typical Asian dishes you see in every Asian restaurant. My favorite dish was the Sun Be chicken, a classical Taiwanese dish where you could feel the pungent Asian basil dancing with rice wine, soy sauce and sesame oil, plus the chicken was super tender! Red Lion Kloten besucht Ambiente ist angenehm man fühlt sich wohl. Die Bedienung war speditiv, aber von der Vorspeise bis zum Hauptgang musste man seeehr viel Geduld aufbringen, über 60 min. ! Zu lang Vorspeise: Wantan Suppe war gut...Vorspeise 2 meiner Begleitung "Goldene Maissuppe mit Poulet" zu 8.50.- ...eher mittelmässig , einzelne Poulet-Fötzelchen waren zu erkennen. Def. nicht den Preis wert. Hauptspeise. Entrecôte Tepan für stolze 37.90.- ! Wie leicht befürchtet; mittelgrosse Fleischstücke ...im Gusseisen nach 3-4 Minuten schon sehr durch bis trocken. Geschmack war ok...trotzdem für den Fleischliebhaber def. nicht zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung: ups....! Hauptspeise 2 : Ente mit Szechuan Gemüse...alles auf einem Plateau , Gemüse untern Ente drauf.
