Read moreMy worst experience in a Starbucks so far: I ordered an iced latte, a hot chocolate, a pain au chocolat and a bagel with salmon. I also asked for a receipt for my payment which was a little troublesome but it worked in the end. My hot chocolate came ice cold. So I returned it. The lady didn't know how to make it hot so a co-worker helped. Then we didn't get the bagel. So I asked for it. The lady that took my order and typed it into the cash register didn't believe that I had ordered one, so I showed her the receipt. It was on there. She brought the bagel heated. I said that I didn't want my bagel with smoked salmon heated. Another co-worker said that this bagel was OK because it can be ordered cold or heated. So I told her that I wanted it cold and never asked for it to be heated. So she went and got me one. I think she just assembled it quickly because it looked quite different from the other one. It seemed to have like only half the amount of salmon in there. But anyhow I left and my co-traveler and I went to eat our food. I love going to Starbucks for coffee, and I did the same yesterday morning. I was with business friends, after a long trip, where else but to Starbucks. We needed the perfect coffee. What made me happy, like the few times I've been there, was greeted by Suzy with her smile. Ah, that woman, it wasn't even seven o'clock in the morning and she was smiling, super helpful, professional and wonderful. Not everyone knew what they wanted to drink, Suki is a real professional here, with her recommendations they all got coffee to their taste. Suki also gave us a great offer, because we also wanted to try some cold drinks, to get a 50% discount on every other drink. What an offer, impossible to refuse. What I would recommend to everyone when they come to Zurich airport, the direction of Starbucks, at Suzy's, for a perfect coffee with a smile and a really fascinating energy.
