This is clearly a real Japanese place, not run by Chinese staff (as are 95% of places here). I got a take-away, which arrived in one container with the broth and another massive one with everything else. The broth was thick, meaty and complexe, something I hadn’t experience since my 7 japan visits, the last one in 2020. The broth was presented in a typically mindful and respectful (and therefor absurdly un-ecological way, as per the tradition of preserving the food to perfection as a mark of respect to the producer and the consumer. I’ll let you figure out how you feel about that ethical conundrum). The broth was thick and porky with perfectly unseparated miso. Understandably, it has been adjusted to western tastes, meaning it was salty, causing a big umami unbalance, but this makes sense in a land of cheese and kebabs, burgers and tacos. The second container had ramen (I would qualify as mid tier, apologies if it was home made. Certainly a million miles from generic cup ramen, the Chashu (melt in the mouth pork slice was delicious but clearly not Chashu, more like amazing brazed pork slice that was again, « culturally » salty). Im nitpicking here to be fair. It was bloody good. Then the onsen egg that was good but had been sadly obliterated when combining the two containers. The white was coloured and perfect, I cannot say for the yolk as it disappeared under a mountain of ramen. The rest were typical things such as pickled ginger, mushrooms etc. Another thing to be expected is the ludicrous amount of ramen vs the broth, as in western cultures this ratio of carbs is quite typical. It was impossible for me to finish but I savoured until I was done.

In conclusion, this the best and most authentic ramen I’ve had in Switzerland since a decade stays in...

What a let down. I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and I will not be returning. First the service was not polite. We ordered 4 ramen dishes and 2 came to the table incorrect. Sent those back the kitchen. After the two bowls of ramen were finished the starters arrived to the table. We finished those and our drinks and left without the other 2 bowls of ramen coming out of the kitchen. It seems like they prioritize takeout orders over dine in. The food was nice so order...

I've been here for a Christmas lunch with colleagues. We were a big group and the staff prepared a huge table for us. I ordered a set of yakiniku and it was nice to see it came along with some white rice, pickles and miso soup. The set was delicious, with juicy meat and the amount was just about right. I've also tried the shogayaki but I found that meat a bit dry and lesser than the yakiniku portion. I've also ordered castella, which was decent. Staff were incredibly polite...

I love this Ramen. I always order the Tonkotsu Miso. And for Delivery, they have the loveliest packing, with a special bag that keeps it warm. Honestly, 100% recommended.
