Well the only reason I give 3 stars is because I did not like the new ‚‘‘high Teck‘‘ System they have for ordering. When I saw the bar I thought WOW this is wonderful place when I sat down it looked like a 5star bar and it is 5 Star bar but somehow someone decided that putting a self service ordering through a App and prepaying something that you did not get jet and give all your Personal Information fur just a coffee a cocktail a Pizza or what ever would give an extra bonus... i am not eigenst technology I like it wenn it makes my life easier but in this situation it did not. For me when I go in such places I expect to relax to sit down to have a weiter that comes with a smile and askes what I would like, to bring it to me and give him of course the tips he or she deserves. Read moreBad service. I went last night (Thursday) to have a pizza and a drink. Google says they are open until 10 pm, but around 9:15 an employee came to rush us, saying we were the last table. Five minutes later, another tried to take away our food and drinks even though I hadn’t finished yet. Then a very rude waitress came over and said we had to leave because they were closing, even though the official closing time is 10 pm. She then called her manager, another unprofessional person, who said the hotel asks them to close earlier when there are few tables left because “there’s no profit with just one table” and told us to come on the weekend if we wanted to stay longer.
They have no idea about customer service or respecting opening hours, which is surprising in Switzerland, where time should be respected. Very...

My original feedback: I usually do not share opinions where I am not satisfied with the service. We arrived, and there was no welcoming greetings from stuff. In fact, we said hi first. We ordered at the table, using a QR code. It was OK, I am ok with the digital transformation. We had to pick up the drinks and food, no problem... but inconvenient.
The staff was hanging around, taking some empty bottles from tables, and chatting with each other.
Nice scenery, but the place is impersonal, bartenders in black tank tops, ...not my place.
Floor staff should build rapport and upsell. That's my opinion.
