McDonald’s — Restaurant in Lyss

I was loving this McDonalds a lot, but now is over and I’m never going back there again. What happened? Please read until end before going there. Was Saturday evening around 00:30 I went there and there were around 8 People waiting in front of me. I have ordered my food: One Medium Menu, 2 Cheeseburgers and Double Cheeseburger with 2 Apple Pies.

After the people in front of me got their Orders I was waiting for mine now, until the worst scenario happened. People who have ordered after me they received their orders and I was still waiting. It was around 1:05 until group of friends went back because they were missing a lot of stuffs in the order like always by McDonald’s. Its 1:10 and I’m giving my ticket to the person who was preparing the orders and I have told him can you please look and do my order because I wait 40 minutes. He told me ok i will do it now. It’s 1:20 everyone left and I’m last person there asking for my order, they replied what order? I told them my number and I have told that I have given my ticket to the “new worker” which was not new but lost in the time and place. They have checked their PC or whatever and they have done my order. I received cold burger’s, cold Fries. It was disaster. They were not organized, they were giving the orders on other people without checking the numbers on the receipt’s. I waited 50minutes for cold food.

To the manager or the owner: You have lost some good workers in the last 2 years. From having fast and super team now you have the worst, the slowest and the most non organized team ever. You need to be there and to show them how it’s done. I have seen a lot of unpleasant customers and disappointed. Your McDonald’s is not clean it’s dirty and it’s smells bad. Manager I think this is your fault and you should take care. It’s not only about paying low the workers and getting more profit for you. It’s about the quality. I’m never coming back again and a lot of people will follow that you will see in the near future. Checking my order when I receive it is showing how much I trust this Mc. Not me a lot of people are doing the same. Every time something was missing.

Do not go there people, better go eat in other places. Not recommended! Always check...

I went in shortly before closing, was not familiar with the Menu presentation, terminology used by the counter staff was also a bit unusual. Eventually I got more or less what I thought I had ordered. The price was a bit of a shocker and when I asked for Ketchup they said that unfortunately there...

Sonntag.....16;30. Auf Einen leckeren Kaffee und eine apfeltasche mit der Familie;)

Doch was man im Restaurant vorfindet und erlebt ist jenseits!

Treppe voller Pommes frites.... Ich gehe am Stock aufgrund einer gehbehinderung. Gefahr auszurutschen.... Im EG hat's Kids die mit dem kickboard und Restaurant fahren.

Im OG ist's dreckig. Kinder und Jugendliche schreien rum; eine Unterhaltung ist unmöglich! .... räumen ihre Tische nicht ab..... gehen raus, kaufen sich im cool Bahnhof Getränke und kommen wieder ins mäk und setzen sich an den Tisch neben dem, welchen sie zugestellt mit Abfall...verlassen haben!

Warum bitte greift da kein Mitarbeiter durch?????

Ich bin Mutter dreier Kinder ( 22,18,11) und ich habe ein gewissen Verständnis. Dies jedoch .....hilft mir in der Situation, welche ich erlebt hab, nicht weiter! Ich find das eine Zumutung für...
