Arrived at the restaurant on time for an 8pm reservation. Did not receive any service until around 8.20 when we ordered our meal. Although appetizers came out relatively quickly, by 9.30 we still hadn’t received our main courses. When I politely went to ask about the whereabouts of our food, I was met with a hostile response: “we’re not robots… your food is coming.” Once it arrived the food was good enough… but not great enough to erase the bad taste left by the exceptionally rude customer service. The restaurant did offer the gesture of not charging us for three desserts, for which we were grateful. We would recommend eating there ( prices were reasonable) and we will...

We waited over 1.5 hours for the main course and were very disappointed as the samosas tasted stale and the chutney was too acidic. The waiter and especially the manager were rude when I gently insisted on having our butter chicken with naan. They all said "I'm not a robot and we're not in India Madam". I was very shocked by the racism and rudeness of these people, even though if they are Punjabi themselves. The price is too high (nearly £40) despite the...
